Pipework & System Installation
As a compressed air pipework installer, Kingsdown Compressed Air Systems serve a full range of industry, from automotive to large-scale manufacturing. We install pipework for compressed air systems, low pressure nitrogen, oil and vacuum utilising the EQOfluids aluminium pipework system as our chosen supplier.
To meet the requirements throughout various industries we also utilise galvanised steel pipework materials, but only from leading manufacturers where quality can be assured.
EQOfluids
The EQOfluids aluminium pipework system is predominately used in our installations. It is chosen for its high quality, advantageous flow rates being smooth-bore, ease of installation and adaptability, plus the benefits of greater corrosion resistance over traditional steel systems.
EQOfluids is globally used by KAESER Kompressoren and represents a high quality choice to ensure delivery of a premium installation.

From alterations within existing pipework, to a new complete turnkey system we start the process with an in-depth site visit to fully understand the system requirements.
We provide installation capability for various materials; we install galvanised steel pipework from 1/2" up to 2" and EQOfluids high-flow aluminium pipework from 20mm up to 250 mm.
Expert technical advice is on hand for plant room planning and design which takes into account additional factors such as existing equipment. We can advise on all manufacturer requirements for aspects such as ventilation and ductwork.
