The ASD - CSDX Series is designed to meet the toughest of operational demands: User-friendly and easy to maintain, they operates quietly and efficiently to provide a robust and dependable source of quality compressed air. All of these advantages are aided through innovations in such areas as the airend, compressor controller, super premium efficiency motor, cooling and ventilation, silencing, and an integrated KAESER axial centrifugal separator with an electronic ECO-DRAIN condensate drain.
As an Authorised Distributor, the ASD - CSDX Series' are available through Kingsdown Compressed Air Systems with an all-encompassing service. We provide specification, sales and installation through to after-sales technical and service support.
KAESER compressor airend with energy-saving SIGMA PROFILE
Made by KAESER Kompressoren in Coburg, Germany, every KAESER rotary screw airend is equipped with energy-saving SIGMA PROFILE rotors.
Components are manufactured to the highest standards and precision aligned rolling bearings ensure long service life with maximum reliability. Single-stage compression with cooling fluid injection ensures optimised rotor cooling, lubrication and sealing.
Maintenance-friendly and precise monitoring
Clever design and logical component layout ensure maintenance tasks are simple to perform and therefore contribute to keeping these costs to an absolute minimum. Large access doors mean that maintenance is unobstructed.
With the innovative Electronic Thermo Management (ETM) system, the SIGMA CONTROL 2 compressor controller monitors intake and airend discharge temperature (ADT) to prevent condensate formation. ETM dynamically controls the fluid temperature, which enhances energy efficiency at low temperatures.

With multiple compressor control modes, a timer and base-load sequencing function, compressor energy consumption is now lower than ever before. The precision electronic pressure sensor enables tighter switching differentials thereby ensuring further savings.
The control unit features an easy-to-read display and durable input keys; all relevant information can be viewed at a glance. User-friendliness is further enhanced by the logical menu structure and high level RFID security.
Multiple Package Configurations
Within the ASD, BSD, CSD and CSDX Series the are multiple configurations possible. All models have options for integral refrigeration air dryers, denoted by the 'T' suffix on the appropriate model, i.e. ASD60T, CSD90T, or CSDX145T.
Variable speed drive for the main motor, integrated PTG plate heat exchangers and external cooling air filters are amongst the options available to tailor new KAESER HPC compressor from factory build.
