As an Authorised Distributor, the SX - ASK Series' are available through Kingsdown Compressed Air Systems with an all-encompassing service. We provide specification, sales and installation through to after-sales technical and service support. Product demonstrations are available at our premises on selected models.
KAESER compressor airend with energy-saving SIGMA PROFILE
Made by KAESER Kompressoren in Coburg, Germany, every KAESER rotary screw airend is equipped with energy-saving SIGMA PROFILE rotors.
Components are manufactured to the highest standards and precision aligned rolling bearings ensure long service life with maximum reliability. Single-stage compression with cooling fluid injection ensures optimised rotor cooling, lubrication and sealing.
Maintenance-friendly and excellent accessibility
Clever design and logical component layout ensure maintenance tasks are simple to perform and therefore contribute to keeping these costs to an absolute minimum. Features include: honeycombed air filter, quick change oil filter, easy access separator cartridge and long-life drive belts.
All maintenance work can be carried out from one side of the unit. The left housing cover is easily removed to allow excellent component accessibility.
SIGMA CONTROL 2 (Full or MCSIO) compressor controller
With multiple compressor control modes, a timer and base-load sequencing function, compressor energy consumption is now lower than ever before. The precision electronic pressure sensor enables tighter switching differentials thereby ensuring further savings.
The control unit features an easy-to-read display and durable input keys; all relevant information can be viewed at a glance. User-friendliness is further enhanced by the logical menu structure and high level RFID security.
Multiple Package Configurations
Within the SX, SM, SK and ASK Series the are multiple configurations possible. All models have options for integral refrigeration air dryers, denoted by the 'T' suffix on the appropriate model, i.e. SM13T, SK22T, or ASK40T.
For the SX, SM and SK Series there is the option for the aforementioned to be mounted on an air receiver vessel. Models are referred to with the prefix of AIRCENTER. I.e. AIRCENTER 13, AIRCENTER 22. The AIRCENTER 13 is shown.
